What does Metis mean?In Greek mythology, Metis was one of the pre-divinities. She was known for being the first wife of Zeus and for helping him through her incredible strength and cunning to defeat her father Chronos by making him the King of the Gods.

The word 'metis', in mythology, was then used to refer to a combination of intelligence and cunning often associated with concepts such as practical wisdom, strategic knowledge and tactical intelligence.
Ulysses, the shrewdest and wisest of all men, was in fact defined as polùmetis, for his ability to extricate himself in any situation.

We believe that Metis was the first word with which man tried to define creativity and for this reason we chose it to identify ourselves.
